Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A, Part A of Schedule III, of SEBI Listing Regulations, please find enclosed the Notice convening the 124th AGM of the Company to be held on Monday, July 7, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means. The said Notice forms part of the Integrated Annual Report for FY 2024-25.
