Increase in the Authorized Share Capital of the Company from existing INR 6,50,00,000/- (Rupees Six Crore Fifty Lakhs only) divided into 65,00,000 (Sixty-Five Lakhs only) equity shares of ?10 each to 12,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve Crores only) divided into 1,20,00,000 (One Crores Twenty Lakhs only) equity shares of ?10 each & subsequent alteration of Memorandum of Association of the Company.
