Valiant Organics - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Raising of Funds

The Board of Directors of the Company vide resolution passed on June 12, 2025, approved the proposal to withdraw the Rights Issue proposal approved in the Board meeting held on November 13, 2024. Please refer to the attached communication for further details.
