Garden Reach Ship - GRSE Signed Contract With GSI For Two Coastal Research Vessels And Press Release - Reg 30\r\n

Please refer our letter No. SECY/GRSE/BD-69/CA/04/25-26 dated 09 Apr 2025, wherein we have communicated about the \Receipt of Letter of Award for Construction and Delivery of two Coastal Research Vessels (CRV) for the Geological Survey of India (GSI). \r\n\r\nIn terms of Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR), 2015, we wish to inform you that the company has signed the Contract for Construction of two CRVs for the GSI on 11 Jun 2025.\r\n\r\nThere has been no change in the Financial Implications of the Order/ Contract.\r\n\r\nPress Release in this Regard is enclosed.\r\n
