In terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2015, this is to inform that the Register of Members and Share transfer Book shall remain closed from Sunday, 29th June, 2025 to Saturday, 5th July, 2025 for the purpose of the 30th Annual General Meeting to be held on Saturday, 5th July, 2025.
