Talbros Automotive Components Limited (TACL), along with its joint ventures, has secured new orders totaling approximately Rs. 580 crore from leading OEMs across both domestic and international markets. These orders span the company’s entire product portfolio—including gaskets, heat shields, forging components, chassis, and hoses—and will be executed over the next five years.

Sealing and Forgings Business:
Orders worth around Rs. 260 crore were received for the sealing segment, which includes gaskets and heat shield products, as well as forgings. Of this, approximately Rs. 180 crore pertains to the gasket and heat shield segment from multiple OEMs, while around Rs. 80 crore is allocated to the forgings division. Notably, about Rs. 150 crore of these orders are export-oriented, primarily targeting the European market.
European Market Expansion:
By expanding its exports to Europe—a region known for its rigorous quality standards and advanced automotive component requirements—TACL is solidifying its presence in a competitive landscape. This strategic growth underscores the company’s ability to meet global standards and strengthens its position as a trusted supplier in the European automotive ecosystem.
Chassis Components (JV – Marelli Talbros Chassis Systems):
Orders worth approximately Rs. 290 crore have been secured for chassis components, with nearly 50% catering to the electric vehicle (EV) segment.
Rubber Components (JV – Talbros Marugo Rubber):
Domestic orders totaling around Rs. 30 crore have been received for products such as hoses and anti-vibration (A/V) components. Commercial production is set to begin in the second half of FY26.
