Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Mr. Archit Sudhir Wahale, Chief Finance Officer of Company vide his resignation letter dated June 10, 2025, has communicated his resignation with effect from closing business hours of June 10, 2025, due to other commitments.\r\n\r\nIt is also further informed that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than the reason mentioned above.\r\n\r\nYou are requested to take the same on records.
