IHCL inks Vivanta Hotel Project in Mysuru, Karnataka

Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) has announced the signing of a new greenfield hotel project in Mysuru, Karnataka, under its upscale Vivanta brand. The upcoming hotel will feature 115 rooms.

IHCL noted that recent infrastructure developments such as the Bengaluru-Mysuru Expressway have significantly improved regional connectivity, giving a boost to travel and tourism in Mysuru.

“This signing aligns with our strategy to expand in high-potential economic and cultural hubs. We are pleased to collaborate with the Farah Group on this project,” said Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate and Development at IHCL.
