Ram Ratna Wires Limited has informed the Exchange that Record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders of the Transferor Company (Other than the Transferee Company) who shall be entitled to receive fully paid-up equity shares of the Transferee Company as per the share exchange ratio set out in the Scheme is 18-Jun-2025 subject to approval from the Board of Directors of the Company.
