Virtual Galaxy Infotech Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Appointment of K. K. Mankeshwar & Co. as Statutory Auditor of the company w.e.f. Jun 06, 2025 to fill casual vacancy caused due to resignation of existing statutory Auditor M/s. RKAS & Co., Chartered Accountants, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
