Software (India) Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Mr. Rajnit Rai Jain (DIN 00122942), the Promoter and CEO & Managing Director of the Company has purchased 22145 equity shares of R S Software (India) Ltd from the market on June 06, 2025.We are enclosing his intimation to the Company through Form C in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 under Regulation 7 (2) read with Regulation 6 (2)'.
