Au Small Finance Ban - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

We hereby inform that the Bank has allotted 1,32,868 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on June 06, 2025 pursuant to exercise of equivalent number of Employee Stock Options under the ESOPs as per the applicable regulations.\r\n\r\nPlease refer attachment for details.
