GSB Finance Lt - Update on board meeting

GSB Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/06/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Board meeting date mentioned as 12th May, 2025 instead of 12th June, 2025 for constitution of Risk Management Committee. Thus rectifying the above error. Kindly consider the same.
