1. Change in Designation of Mr. Sarang Dinesh Likhitkar (DIN: 10986050) from Managing Director to Non-Executive Director on Board of Directors of 'IFL Enterprises Limited' effective from June 09, 2025 (Attached herewith as Annexure A).\r\n\r\n2. Appointment of Mr. Abhishek Pratapkumar Thakkar (DIN: 02681513) as the Managing Director of the Company designated as 'Managing Director under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations, for a period of 5 (five) years, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing general meeting of the Company.
