Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( SEBI Listing Regulations ), Mr. Kolluru Shivaram Prasad, Sr. General Manager Operations of the Company, who is a Senior Managerial Personnel of the Company as per Regulation 16(1)(d) of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, has resigned from his office with effect from the closing hours of June 04, 2025 vide his mail dated June 05, 2025.
