Mr. Kolluru Shivaram Prasad, Sr. General Manager - Operations of the Company, who is a Senior Managerial Personnel member of the Company as per Regulation 16(1)(d) of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, has resigned from his office with effect from the closing hours of June 04, 2025, vide his mail dated June 05, 2025.
