Nagreeka Exports - Fixation Of Record Date For The Purpose Of Upcoming Annual General Meeting Of The Company

In pursuance of the provisions of Reg 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 29th May, 2025 have fixed the record date as 17th September, 2025 for the purpose of upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company
