GSB Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/06/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 , a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 12th June,2025 interalia for constitution of RIsk Management Committee as per Regulation 39-Master Direction- Reserve Bank of India (Non-Banking Financial Company-Scale Based Regualtion) DIrections, 2023
