In pursuance of provisions of Reg 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 28th May, 2025 have decided that Register of Members and Share transfer books of the Company shall be closed from 17th September, 2025 to 23rd September, 2025 for the purpose of upcoming Annual General Meeting.
