As of May 2025, 74.55% is owned by Indian Promoters and 25.45% by Public.

Top three Promoters holding highest number of shares of Virat Industries company are Bhavook Tripathi (96.00 lakhs shares / 66.10%), Bt Capital Managers Private Limited (10.02 lakhs shares / 6.90%) and Brahm Precision Materials Pvt Ltd (2.26 lakhs shares / 1.55%).
