SIS LIMITED has informed the Exchange about the completion of the acquisition of Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (""CCPs"") in Adhikosh Financial Advisory Private Limited (""Kosh""). Consequently, the Company has been allotted 52,715 CCPS of INR 1,138.20 in Kosh.
