In continuation of the disclosure submitted by SIS Limited ('Company') on February 12, 2025, regarding approval of the investment of up to INR 6 Crores in Adhikosh Financial Advisory Private Limited ('Kosh') by way of subscription to Series A Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares ('CCPS'), we wish to inform you the Company has completed the acquisition of CCPS in Kosh. Consequently, the Company has been allotted 52,715 CCPSs of INR 1,138.20 in Kosh
