Tata Investment - Reg. 34 (1) Annual Report.

In furtherance to our letter dated May 12, 2025, the 88th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 11.30 a.m. (IST) via Video Conference / Other Audio Visual Means.\r\n\r\nPursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of the AGM and other Statutory Reports for the Financial Year 2024-25 which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members, who have registered their e-mail addresses with the Company / Depositories.
