Rajesh Power Services has been declared the Lowest (L1) Bidder for multiple turnkey power infrastructure projects under the Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited (MGVCL), as per the company’s regulatory filing under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI’s Master Circular dated November 11, 2024.
The company confirmed it has received official bid confirmation at the L1 stage, designating it as the successful bidder for several projects involving the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11KV Medium Voltage Covered Conductors (MVCC). These projects fall under the Kisan Suryoday Yojna (KSY) Scheme and the VKY-2 Scheme across various divisions in Gujarat, including Bodeli, Dabhoi, Dahod, and Lunawada.
Rajesh Power Services stated that further disclosures, including key details as required by SEBI norms, will be provided once the company receives the Letter of Intent (LoI) or Letter of Award (LoA) from the concerned authorities.
