Ethos Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Board meeting held on Jun 03, 2025 inter-alia, to considered and approved Raising of funds through the issuance of equity shares of face value Rs 10 each by way of rights issue for an amount not exceeding Rs 410 Crore.
