Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, please find enclosed herewith a copy of letter being dispatched to the shareholders holding shares in physical mode, in compliance with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/37 dated May 07, 2024.
