Euro Asia Exports - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change of Company Name

This is to inform you that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Plot No. 6,7, 8, Sector 5, IMT Manesar, Haryana, India-122050, has given their approval for change of name of the Company from 'EURO ASIA EXPORTS LIMITED' to 'RRP DEFENSE LIMITED' and issued fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to change of name of the Company dated June 02, 2025 from Ministry of Corporate affairs which is enclosed herewith for your reference.
