Ethos Ltd. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Raising of Funds

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on June 3, 2025, has inter-alia, considered and approved raising of funds through the issuance of equity shares by way of Right Issue for an amount not exceeding Rs 410 crores.
