We wish to inform you that Company has received no objection form BSE for reclassification of promoters under Regulation 31A of SEBI(LODR) regualtion 2015 same is being filed with exchange under Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulation\r\nFuther company also received a warning letter from exchange due to non submission of reclasification application as a material event with in 24 hours of occurrence of event . Same is also being filed for reference and records
