Everest Industries Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Cessation of Mr. Arpit Kumar Nagori as Interim Chief Financial Officer and designated as Key Managerial Personnel of the company w.e.f. June 2, 2025. Mr. Arpit Kumar Nagori will continue in his role as General Manager Corporate Finance of the Company.
