LIC - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management

It is to inform that IRDAI vide letter Ref: No: IRDAI/ACTL/AA-Life/LICI/2025-26 dated June 02, 2025 has approved the appointment of Shri Ajay Kumar Srivastava, Product Actuary as Appointed Actuary of the Corporation. Accordingly, Shri Ajay Kumar Srivastava has taken over as Appointed Actuary (Key Managerial Personnel) & Executive Director (Actuarial) on June 02, 2025.
