Nagarjuna Fertilizer - General Updates

Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e., May 30, 2025, had, inter alia, approved shifting the registered office of the company from D.No. 8-2-248, Nagarjuna Hills, Punjagutta, Hyderabad, Telangana 500082 to Plot No. 44, Eco House, Nagarjuna Hills, Punjagutta, Hyderabad 500082, effective from June 09, 2025, which is in the vicinity of the existing registered office / within the same city i.e., Hyderabad, in terms of Section 12 of the Companies Act, 2013
