La Opala RG Limited has informed the Exchange about appointment of Shri Pravin Kumar Drolia, a Peer Reviewed Practicing Company Secretary (FCS: 2366, COP No. 1362) as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from financial year 2025-26 till financial year 2029-30, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the 38th AGM of the company.
