IMEC Services - Appointment Of Secretarial Auditor Of The Company

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Board has appointed M/s. B Maksi Wala & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company with effect from April 01, 2025 for a period of 5 years.
