Nagarjuna Fertilizer - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Registered Office Address

We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e., May 30, 2025, had, inter alia, approved shifting of registered office of the Company from D.No. 8-2-248, Nagarjuna Hills, Punjagutta, Hyderabad, Telangana-500082 to Plot No. 44, Eco House, Nagarjuna Hills, Punjagutta, Hyderabad - 500082, effective from June 09, 2025, which is in the vicinity of the existing registered office / within the same city i.e., Hyderabad, in terms of Section 12 of the Companies Act, 2013.
