Rose Merc Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/06/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited standalone and consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March,2025 along with respective Audit Reports; and to consider and recommend final dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2024-2025.\r\nWith reference to our earlier announcement dated 22nd May, 2025, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled on Friday, 30th May, 2025 is now postponed and rescheduled on Friday, 06th June, 2025.
