Nectar Lifesciences Limited has informed the Exchange regarding outcome of Board meeting held on May 30, 2025 regarding the Change in Directorate.\r\n\r\nThe Audit Committee and Board of Directors could not approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results and Financial Statements for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Therefore, the meetings stand adjourned sine die, for said matters. The reasons for delay in submission of financial results is being submitted by way of separate letter
