Enkei Wheels (India) - Reg. 34 (1) Annual Report.

Pursuant to Regulation 34(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting the copy of Annual Report for the financial year ended 31st December, 2024 with few typographical corrections. The updated Annual Report for the FY 2024, was available on the Website of the Company and the web link of the same was circulated to the shareholders.
