Accent Microcell Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 29, 2025, has decided to issue equity shares on rights basis in the ratio of 2946020 : 21043000, i.e 2946020 Equity Shares for every 21043000 Equity Shares held. Issue Price is 135 per share.
