Cessation of Mr. Ashish Dubey from the office of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Key Managerial Personnel with effect from the close of the business hours of June 30, 2025 consequent to attaining the age of Superannuation. Accordingly. Mr. Ashish Dubey will cease to be the Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from the close of the business hours of June 30, 2025. 2. Appointment of Mr. Ankit Thakral as the Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) and designated as the Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from July 01. 2025. as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee.
