Dolat Algotech Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Board meeting held on May 29, 2025. has approved the appointment of M/s. DM & Associates Company Secretaries LLP, Practicing Company Secretaries (Firm Registration No. L2017MH003500 / Peer Review Certificate No. 6584/2025 dated 7th April,2025) as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-2030, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
