Mazagon Dock Ship - Outcome of Board Meeting

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 1) approval of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2025; 2) recommendation of Final Dividend of Rs. 2.71 per equity share of Rs. 5 each fully paid up for the Financial Year 2024-25; 3) appointment of Shri. Lalatendu Acharya as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f 01 June 2025 in place of Smt. Madhavi Kulkarni.
