Ram Ratna Wires Limited has informed the Exchange that the Hon ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ( Hon ble Tribunal ) on May 29, 2025, pronounced the Order, approving the Scheme of Amalgamation ( Order ), and intimation of the pronouncement of the Order was received by the Transferee Company on Thursday, May 29, 2025. Enclosed herewith is the copy of the Order.
