Ather Energy Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e May 29, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee considered and approved the appointment of M/s. Protiviti India Member Private Limited, as the Internal Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2025-26.
