Outcome of Board Meeting to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025 and recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share of the face value of Re. 1/- each (at the rate of 50%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025
