In terms of Regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today, i.e. on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at the registered office of the Company, have considered and approved Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2025. \r\nThe Board also takes on record and approved the others decisions as mentioned and attached herewith.
