Mrs. Bectors Food Sp - Corporate Action-Board to consider Dividend

Board Recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3/- (Rupees Three Only) per equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each (i.e. 30%) for the Financial Year 2024-2025. Final Dividend will be paid after approval of the shareholders at the ensuring Annual General Meeting.
