Landmark Cars Limited informed exchange regarding recommendation of Final Dividend at 10.00 % i.e. Re. 50 Paise Only per equity share of the face value of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year 2024-25, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
