Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) announced on Thursday the signing of three luxury wildlife lodges under its prestigious Taj brand in the Balule Game Reserve, part of the renowned Kruger National Park in South Africa.
This development marks IHCL's debut in South Africa’s luxury wildlife hospitality segment. The new lodges include the 30-key Taj Lion Kings Hilltop Tented Camp, the 6-key Taj Lion Kings Bush Lodge, and the 6-key Taj Lion Kings River Lodge, the company said in a statement.
Commenting on the expansion, Puneet Chhatwal, Managing Director and CEO of IHCL, said:
