Keynote Financial - Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

The Board of Directors of the Company has recommended the final dividend of Rs.1/- per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2025, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
